Best AI visibility tools for SEO agencies (2026)
An agency can outgrow a tool before it outgrows the prompt allowance. Separate client workspaces, reviewer access, and a report that someone can actually deliver matter more than a large headline answer count.
Disclosure: We make GeoRamp. These are our buying recommendations, including cases where a competitor or a free workflow fits better. Vendor features are based on official public sources; this is not a comparative performance test.

Recommendations by use case
The order below is for reading. It does not rank market share, popularity, or measured performance.
OtterlyAI
- Choose for
- An agency monitoring several client workspaces
- Price
- $29 Lite; $189 Standard; $489 Premium / month
- Watch for
- Lite is 15 prompts; Claude, Gemini, and AI Mode are listed as extra add-ons.
Standard lists unlimited workspaces, 100 prompts, and API/MCP access. That is a relevant starting point when client separation and repeatable data access are the purchase. Test whether account permissions and exports match the way your account managers deliver work.
Unlimited workspaces does not mean unlimited prompts. Allocate a useful question set to each client, include engine add-ons in the proposal, and check what happens when the next client joins. A 15-prompt Lite account is a different operating scope.

Peec AI
- Choose for
- Several people reviewing citations and competitor sources
- Price
- $95 Starter; $245 Pro; $495 Advanced / month
- Watch for
- Three active models on listed self-serve plans; extra models and advanced access may cost more.
Peec lists unlimited users on its self-serve plans and provides source-gap documentation. That can suit an agency where strategists, editors, and account managers all investigate the evidence. Ask a reviewer to turn a recurring cited source into a specific client recommendation.
Project limits still matter: Starter lists one, Pro two, and Advanced five. Ask about the real portfolio price rather than use the lowest tier in every proposal. Validate any Looker or export requirement on the selected package.

GeoRamp Our product
- Choose for
- A small client roster buying monitoring plus page diagnostics
- Price
- $99 Basic; $199 Pro; $499 Business / month
- Watch for
- API-based samples; competitor tracking starts at Pro; reporting delivery needs confirmation.
GeoRamp fits a service that combines recurring answers with a concrete technical and editorial backlog. Pro includes two brands and three seats; Business includes five brands and six seats. Those limits make it possible to scope a small roster before selling the service.
Its Business matrix advertises white-label reports, but the reviewed report interface contains placeholder downloads and unfinished sharing or scheduling actions. Require a working example of the deliverable. Do not sell an automated reporting commitment on the basis of the feature label.

Free manual audit + Search Console
- Choose for
- A paid discovery audit before an ongoing retainer
- Price
- $0 software subscription; your time and any AI account costs
- Watch for
- No unattended cross-engine history; manual samples do not represent all users.
For a prospect with no defined question set, a manual answer log and Search Console review can establish the scope first. Deliver the questions, dated observations, cited URLs, and proposed changes so the client can decide whether recurring monitoring deserves a retainer.
This becomes labor-intensive as accounts grow. It is useful for qualification and a one-off audit, not an efficient substitute for unattended collection across an established client portfolio.

Price the client portfolio, not the demo account
Write down the brands, users, questions, engines, and countries for signed clients and the next plausible client. Separate a client workspace from a brand allowance: vendors do not necessarily use those terms the same way. Show the full expected monthly configuration to the account owner.
For example, an agency managing four unrelated brands cannot assume a two-brand plan will cover them because the combined prompt list is small. Nor should it combine clients into one project merely to fit a limit. Inspect access boundaries and the export before involving client reviewers.
A useful client report explains a decision
The client should be able to see the monitored question, answer evidence, competitor context, and the page or source you recommend changing. Label the collection method and period. Separate missing mentions from incorrect product claims and missing citations; those findings lead to different work.
Keep commercial outcomes in their own evidence trail. A sampled mention percentage is not lead volume, and a crawler request is not a sale. Include completed actions and unresolved dependencies rather than implying that a dashboard movement proves revenue impact.
Run a handover before promising automation
Ask an account manager to deliver a report using the proposed plan, then ask another teammate to reproduce it. Check download formats, client access, branding, and what remains available after cancellation. Where an API is required, retrieve a real response using the purchased entitlement.
Keep the client’s original question list and exports if you change platforms. Mark the migration date and establish a new baseline. Different collection methods and denominators can make apparent changes a measurement artifact rather than a result of your agency’s work.
GeoRamp scope and research limits
We make GeoRamp. Its monthly plans are $99 Basic, $199 Pro, and $499 Business; annual payment has different totals. The public paid matrix names ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Grok. Our implementation review found provider API collection, recorded answer analysis, citation views, competitor analysis, and deterministic page audits.
Visitor analytics and generated articles are marked coming soon. The Business matrix advertises API access and white-label reports, but the reviewed report interface has incomplete delivery actions. Confirm the exact working capability before buying for it. We have not performed a controlled paid-account accuracy or performance benchmark across these vendors.

Frequently asked questions
- Which tool is best for white-label agency reporting?
- Require a working report, access model, and delivery demonstration on the actual plan. GeoRamp advertises white-label reports on Business, but our implementation review does not support treating its report delivery as complete. Choose another demonstrated workflow if this is mandatory.
- Can we start with a free option?
- Yes. A manual answer log and Search Console can establish a useful small baseline. Record the settings and supporting sources. Search Console covers Google evidence; it does not automate cross-engine brand mentions or preserve a daily answer history.
- Are these tools ranked by accuracy or popularity?
- No. The recommendations are based on the audience’s buying requirements and verified public scope, with GeoRamp implementation limits disclosed. We have not established a universal accuracy ranking, market-share ranking, or comparative customer result.
